Q: Is your online reservation process secure to protect my personal and credit card information?

A: The hotel room reservation process through our official website is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online reservation is processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.
Fiscardonna is committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining your privacy.

Q: Does the hotel accept pets?

A: Unfortunately Fiscardonna Luxury Suites does not accept pets.

Q: We have a child. Can we have another bed in the room?

A: Generally extra beds are not needed since most of Fiscardonna’s suites can accommodate up to 6 persons. If for any reason you are not sure that the room you wish to book has the capacity you need, we suggest that you contact the hotel.

Q: Are the prices of the hotel per person or per room?

A: All prices are per room & for the period you have selected.

Q: What is the hotel’s Lost and Found policy?

A: Fiscardonna Luxury Suites is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items. There is a free of charge safety deposit box in each room. The hotel keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel’s guest room after the guest has checked-out. The item will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship the item back at the owner’s expense. Any items in the Lost & Found safety box, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or will be discarded.

Q: What are Fiscardonna’s Check-in/Check-out policies?

A: Guests can check in at Fiscardonna Luxury Suites from 14:00pm onwards and check out until 12:00pm.

Currently according to Greek legislation due to COVID-19, check in starts from 15:00pm onwards and check out is until 11:00am in order to clean and disinfect your suite thoroughly. 

Early check-in is subject to prior reservations and room availability. Fiscardonna Luxury Suites can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in a secure location until the guest room is ready.

Late check-out until 14:00 pm may be offered free of charge upon request and upon availability. Check-out later than 14:00 pm will be subject to late check-out fee of 20 Euros. Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance may result to extra charges, including late check-out fees being applied to your bill. For any check out after 7pm, a full night’s rate will be charged.

Q: Is there available parking space for Fiscardonna’s guests?

A: Public parking is available at a nearby location (reservation is not needed). Please inform us regarding the estimated time of your arrival so we can arrange to transfer you and your luggage to the hotel.

Hotel property

In case of a breakdown/malfunction in your room or possible dissatisfaction with a service received, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please take care of the room equipment. The cost of rectifying hotel’s property or structure damaged by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guests, or removal of towels, bathrobes and other equipment will be charged to the guests’ invoice or credit card.

Fiscardonna’s policies

Dear guests,

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, please read and acknowledge the following information:

Accommodation in the hotel can only be used only by customers checked in at the reception.

Room entrance is possible from 14:00. Please leave the room by 12:00pm at the day of your departure. Staying in room after 12:00pm requires additional charge. In case of late departure or if you would like to prolong your stay, please notify the reception by 20:00pm the night before your departure.

In case of long stays, a hotel invoice is produced every 5 days and the remaining balance should be paid at departure. You can pay your invoice with cash or with credit/debit cards.

Minibar is charged according to its price list at reception.

Please close the door when leaving your room. Returning the room key to reception when leaving the hotel is not mandatory but highly recommended for safety reasons. Please return the room key at reception when checking out. In case you lose a room key, please notify the reception right away.

When you check out please make sure you did not forget anything. We may send forgotten items to your address at your demand and you will be burdened with the shipping costs. We are keeping lost things for ninety days (90) and after that period we act according to regulations.

If your valuables, money and documents are not stored in the hotel’s safe at reception, the hotel does not take responsibility for any loss of these items.

Although Fiscardonna’s suites are very well noise proof, lease do not make noise which could incommode other guests in rooms, halls and other hotel guest areas, especially between 22.00pm and 08.00am.

Entering flammable, exploding and uncomfortable scent materials is not allowed any hotel area.

Fiscardonna Luxury Suites is a non-smoking hotel.

Breakfast serving time is every day from 08.00 until 12.00. On your departure day breakfast is served until 11.30. Breakfast is included in price and cannot be cancelled.

Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Before leaving your room please check that you turned off the water in your bathroom.

Any complaints of individual, travel agency or guests with contracts will be considered only if they are reported during your stay in the hotel. We will not accept any complaints after your departure.

All the room equipment (such as pillows, blankets, towels, decorative items or those alike) are provided to you while you stay in hotel and it is not allowed to take them outside the hotel.

Please personally sign all the invoices of all our hotel services.
