The hotel room reservation process through web-hotelier is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online reservation is processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.

No, Fiscardonna’s policy is not to accept pets.
We have a child. Can we have another bed in the room?
Generally, is not needed since most of Fiscardonna suits can accommodate up to 6 persons. We suggest that you contact the hotel so you confirm the number of persons that can be accommodated in the particular suite which you have booked.
Are the prices of the hotel per person or per room?
The prices are per room for the whole period you have selected, unless if otherwise is stated in the description.
What is Fiscardonna’s Lost and Found policy?
Hotel Fiscardonna is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. There is a safety deposit box in each room.
Hotel Fiscardonna keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel’s guest room after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner’s expense. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
What are Fiscardonna’s Check-in/Check-out policies?
Guests can check in Fiscardonna Luxury Suites from 14:00 h and check out until 12:00 h .
Early check-ins are subject to prior reservations and room availability. Hotel Fiscardonna can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in a secure location until the guest room is ready.
Late check-out until 2:00 pm may be available upon request, but is subject to availability and upcoming reservations. Check-out past 2:00 pm will be subject to late check-out fee of 20 Eur.
Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including late check-out fees being applied to your bill. For any check out after 7pm, a full night rate will be charged.
In case of a breakdown and/or malfunctions in your room, or possible dissatisfaction with the service received, please notify us immediately.
Please take care of room inventory. The cost of rectifying Hotel’s property or structure damaged by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guests, or removal of towels, bathrobes and other linen will be charged to the guests’ invoice or credit card.
Is there a parking for Fiscardonna’s guests?
Public parking is available at a location nearby (reservation is not needed). Please inform us on the estimated time of your arrival so we can arrange to transfer you and your luggage to the hotel.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, please read and acknowledge the following informations:
Accommodation in the hotel can only be used by customers checked in at the reception.
Room entrance is possible from 14.00. Please leave the room by 12.00 at the day of your departure. Maintaining in room after 12:00 requires additional accommodation charge. In case of late departure please notify the reception by 09.00 at the day of the departure.
If you would like to prolong your stay please notify the reception day earlier.
In case of a longer stay hotel invoice is charged every 5 days and remaining balance at departure. You can pay your invoice with cash or with credit cards.
Minibar is charged according to its price list at the reception.
Please close the door when leaving your room. Returning the room key to reception when leaving the hotel is not required. Please return the room key at reception when checking out. In case if you lose a room key, please notify the reception right away.
When you check out please make sure you did not forget anything. We are sending lost things to your address at your demand. We are keeping lost things for one year and after that period we act according to regulations.
If your valuables, money and documents are not stored in hotel safe at the reception, hotel does not take responsibility for eventual disappearance.
Although Fiscardonna’s rooms are very well noise proof, lease do not make noise which could incommode other guests in rooms, halls and other hotel guest areas, especially in between 22.00 and 08.00.
Entering easy flammable, exploding and uncomfortable scent materials is not allowed any hotel area.
Fiscardonna is a no smoking.
Breakfas serving time is every day from 08.00 until 12.00. On the departure day breakfast is serve until 11.30. Breakfast is included in price and can not be cancelled.
We do not allow pets in our hotel.
In case of some breakdown or faults in your room or eventual dissatisfaction with our service please notify the reception immediately.
Please take care of room inventory appropriately. All purposely made property damages while your stay or removal of any kind objects will be charged to your invoice.
Before leaving your room please check if you had turned off the water in bathroom.
Any eventual complaints of individual, travel agency or guests with contracts will be considered only if they are reported in time of your stay in hotel. We will not accept any late complaints.
All the room inventory (such as pillows, blankets, towels or those alike) are provided for you while you stay in hotel and it is not allowed to take it outside of hotel. On your departure all are counted.
Please personally sign all the invoices of all our hotel services.
